Side Scan Sonar Tester TS100

The Daytronics Systems Side Scan Sonar Tester TS100 is a totally new product designed to perform the Pre-Deployment Test on Sidescan Systems.

This avoids the need for the operator to listen manually for the transmit click sound from the transducer to verify operation. The TS100 also injects a simulated reply depth into the transducer, removing the need to rub the Transducer Face.

These tests are performed electrically by the TS100, by using an acoustic coupling. No electrical connection to the Sidescan is required.

The TS100 will check the power output from the Sidescan, giving information on any faulty connections, power loss and other problems.

Advantages

• Operation at LF and HF frequencies
• Detects irregular transmit Pulse Rates and Cable Breaks
