Payment Methods and Delivery DatesThe usual payment methods are acceptable, cheque, bank transfer, Credit Card, account where applicable. After we receive your order we will contact you and make the necessary arrangements. Credit Card payment can be made by faxing the card number to ourselves. Delivery Dates will be confirmed on the quotation. Some items are held in stock, and can usually be delivered within a few days. The Charge Tester TS510 and the Admittance Bridge TS600 can usually be delivered within 4 - 6 weeks from receipt of order. The cost of delivery is calculated based on the delivery adddress. This will be confirmed when an order is placed. Warranty PolicyA minimum of 12 months warranty is included with all products. This includes repair labour and any parts which may be required. The faulty unit should be packaged securely and returned to our premises, via a reputable carriage company. Regrettably, we do not offer an on site maintanance facility at the moment. Before sending any unit to us for repair, please contact Daytronics Systems to discuss the problem. The fault may be due to a setup problem, or the manner in which the test is being carried out, issues which can be quickly resolved. You may contact us by telephone or email, either way is welcome. If the unit has developed a fault outside of the warranty period, then please contact Daytronics Systems by telephone or email, to arrange a Returns Number. A fixed price repair system is used, and a quote can normally be sent via email on the day the unit has been received at our premises. The fixed price covers all internal repairs neccessary, but excludes any damaged cases which will be costed extra. This will be advised on the email. |
